Questions, answered.

Do I design my own label?
You upload your own logo/label artwork in CJ’s Custom Packaging tool — Nourivo walks you through it but doesn’t design the label for you. There are two more steps people miss: you buy a batch of that packaging into CJ’s warehouse, then use CJ’s Packaging Connection to link it to your product. After that every order of that product ships with your branding automatically. To be clear about what this is: it’s re-labelling CJ’s stock supplement with your brand — not a custom formula.
Is my label applied to every order automatically?
Yes — once you’ve done the one-time setup (design → buy packaging into CJ’s warehouse → Packaging Connection on the product). Until all three are done, orders ship in CJ’s plain packaging. It’s per product, not per customer.
Anything special about supplements?
One thing: CJ asks you to message a CJ agent once to confirm the specific bottle you picked can be custom-labelled before you order. It’s a single conversation, not a per-order step. And since supplements ship from China, you own your label’s accuracy and any FDA/local labelling requirements for what you sell.
Does Nourivo spend money without me?
No. Placing an order on CJdropshipping is free and doesn’t charge your wallet. Paying is a separate step that’s off by default — you decide when Nourivo is allowed to pay, per store.
What products can I sell?
White-label supplements — vitamins, gummies, and powders — from CJ’s health catalog, filtered so you only see real ingestible supplements you can put your brand on. Import any of them with your own margin.
What if an item is out of stock or the price jumps?
Nourivo checks CJ’s live stock and price before buying. If it’s out of stock, or the cost rose past your threshold, the order is held for review instead of being placed. Nothing is bought blindly.
Do my customers still get their shipping email?
Yes. Once CJ ships, Nourivo pushes the tracking number back to OpoShop and marks the order shipped, which fires OpoShop’s own buyer shipping email automatically.
How do I connect my CJdropshipping account?
In the setup wizard you paste your CJ API key (from My CJ → Authorization → API). Nourivo validates it on the spot and connects — you only do it once, and it’s stored securely.
What does it cost?
Nourivo is free to install. You only pay CJdropshipping for the products and shipping you buy, in your own CJ wallet — no plans and no per-order fees from us.
