Connect CJ

Install from OpoShop and paste your CJdropshipping API key. This part takes a couple of minutes.

Add a supplement and set your price

Pick a product from the catalog. Nourivo shows what CJ charges for it and for shipping, suggests a price from your margin, and adds it to your store.

Put your label on it, in CJ

Design your label in CJ’s Custom Packaging tool, buy a batch of that packaging into CJ’s warehouse, then link it to the product with CJ’s Packaging Connection. This takes longer, because CJ has to print and stock it. Until it is done, orders ship in CJ’s plain packaging.

Three things worth knowing.

It is CJ’s product with your label

You are putting your own label on a supplement CJ already stocks. It is not a custom formula, and you are responsible for what your label says.

Branding takes a while

Connecting CJ is quick. Branded packaging is not: CJ has to print it and hold it in its warehouse first. Until then, orders ship in CJ’s plain packaging.

Nourivo is free. CJ charges your CJ wallet for the product and shipping on each order, and ships once the order is paid.

Questions, answered.

Do I design my own label?
You upload your own logo and label artwork in CJ’s Custom Packaging tool. Nourivo walks you through it but does not design the label for you. There are two more steps people miss: you buy a batch of that packaging into CJ’s warehouse, then use CJ’s Packaging Connection to link it to your product. After that, orders of that product ship with your branding. To be clear about what this is: it is re-labelling CJ’s stock supplement with your brand, not a custom formula.
Is my label applied to every order automatically?
Yes, once you have done the one-time setup in CJ: design the label, buy the packaging into CJ’s warehouse, then use Packaging Connection on the product. Until all three are done, orders ship in CJ’s plain packaging. It is per product, not per customer.
Anything special about supplements?
One thing: CJ asks you to message a CJ agent once to confirm the specific bottle you picked can be custom-labelled before you order. It is a single conversation, not a per-order step. And since supplements ship from China, you own your label’s accuracy and any FDA or local labelling requirements for what you sell.
Does Nourivo spend money without me?
No. Nourivo creates each order at CJ unpaid, and you pay for it in CJ. Nourivo does not spend your CJ wallet, and the app shows every order that is still waiting for you to pay.
What products can I sell?
Vitamins, gummies and powders from CJ’s catalog, filtered so you see supplements rather than everything CJ sells. Add any of them to your store at your own price.
What if an item is out of stock or the price jumps?
Nourivo checks CJ’s live stock and price before sending an order. If the item is out of stock, or the cost rose past your limit, the order is held and tells you why. Both checks are on by default and can be switched off in Settings.
Do my customers still get their shipping email?
Yes. Once CJ ships, Nourivo adds the tracking number to the order in OpoShop and marks it shipped, and OpoShop sends its usual shipping email to your buyer.
How do I connect my CJdropshipping account?
During setup you paste your CJ API key (in CJ: My CJ, then Authorization, then API). Nourivo checks it with CJ and connects. You do it once, and the key is kept on our server, never shown back in the app.
What does it cost?
Nourivo is free. You pay CJdropshipping for the products and shipping on your orders, from your own CJ wallet. There are no plans and no per-order fees from us.
