These Terms govern your use of Nourivo (the "Service"), a private-label supplement brand builder and CJdropshipping fulfillment application for merchants on the OpoShop platform, provided by Found. By installing or using Nourivo, you agree to these Terms. You must have a valid OpoShop store and the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. What Nourivo does
Nourivo helps you import white-label supplement products from CJdropshipping into your OpoShop store and connects your store to your own CJdropshipping account. It detects new orders, can place them on CJdropshipping, retrieves tracking numbers, and marks orders shipped in your store. You are responsible for your CJdropshipping account, its wallet balance, and the products you choose to import and fulfill.
2. Private-label branding and product compliance
Your brand’s label and packaging are designed and configured by you inside CJdropshipping’s own Custom Packaging tool — Nourivo provides guidance for that setup but does not design, print, or apply your label, and cannot read or control your CJ packaging configuration. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal compliance of the supplement products you sell and their labeling — including ingredient and nutrition claims, health/dietary claims, and any applicable FDA or other regulatory requirements in the markets where you sell. Nourivo makes no representation that any product or label is compliant, safe, or fit for a particular purpose.
3. Payments and money safety
Nourivo creates supplier orders on CJdropshipping. It will not pay for a supplier order (charging your CJ wallet) unless you have explicitly enabled automatic payment in Settings. You are responsible for reviewing your automation settings and for all charges incurred on your CJdropshipping account. Nourivo is a tool that acts on your instructions; you remain responsible for your orders, pricing, margins, and fulfillment decisions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate CJdropshipping credentials and maintain your own account in good standing.
- Configure product mappings, margins, and automation settings correctly for your business.
- Comply with OpoShop's and CJdropshipping's terms, and with applicable laws, including consumer, shipping, and tax obligations for the products you sell.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nourivo available and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, improve, or change features over time. Order placement and tracking depend on third-party systems (OpoShop and CJdropshipping) that are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for supplier charges, shipping outcomes, or losses arising from your configuration or from third-party systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using Nourivo and uninstall it at any time. On uninstall we mark your store inactive and handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
